I have DLPC3478 and DLPA3000, DLP3010

I see that DLPA3000 can work with DLPC3478 and DLP3010.

So, I tried to use DLP3010EVM firmware with that combination to work. but it didn't work.

In this case, can I ask how to request different firmware for that combination?

Hello Jang,

We will need to provide you different firmware for use with a different PMIC. Could you please confirm the orderable part number of the DLP3010 DMD you are using (e.g. DLP3010FQK)? Also is this a new and custom board design?

Hello Kyle

Yes. this is custom board with MCU. image file(.img) is downloaded into external flash memory directly using SPI
Before DLPC3478,it worked well with DLPC3438+DLPA3000+DLP3010 using DLPDLCR3010EVM-G2 firmware.
I only changed one chip from DLPC3438 to DLPC3478 to see patterns.

Here is part number

DLPC3478CZEZ
DLPA3000DPFDR
DLP3010FQK and DLP3010FAQK

both DLP3010 is working well
will you send different firmware? email?

Hi Jang,

We can send you the different firmware. Please confirm the DMD pin mapping Option used in your board design. For more details please refer to the DLPC3478 datasheet.

Hi Jang,

The firmware size is nearly 4 MB. Can you confirm that you have a flash memory of at least 4 MB on your device?
