DLP470TE: Do DLP470TP/DLP470TE chipsets refresh rate need to be locked at 60Hz for 4K UHD resolution? Is native 24Hz refresh rate supported for 4K UHD?

Part Number: DLP470TE

Hi, I want to know if the DLP470TP or the DLP470TE chipsets can support 4K UHD (3840 × 2160) resolution at native 24hz/48hz/50hz frame rate without 3:2 pulldown. The product tech sheets claims the chips has a refresh rate of up to 240Hz, however, it also demonstrate a typical 4K UHD system showing the displayed refresh rate at 60Hz which makes me confused.

I've been advised by a projector manufacture that 4K UHD projectors running on XPR technology using either the DLP470TP or the DLP470TE chips can only offer a locked 60Hz refresh rate because they are using a matrix of 1080p chips, change the refresh rate to 24Hz/48Hz/60Hz is impossible on projectors loaded with DLP470TP/DLP470TE to deliver 4K images. I doubt those claims, could you please help to advise if the displayed refresh rate of those two chips can be modified to 24Hz/48Hz/50Hz for 4K UHD image? Thanks.
