hi,

Our products are used for 3D vision, but the DLP4710 is often damaged.You can see many bad points (horizontal direction) in attached picture. 

We decap and OM some fail chips,no find ESD problem.Pls check the pictures in attached rar file.

Could you give me some suggestions?

    Hello,

    Welcome to DLP forum and thank you for your interest in DLP technology.

    Could you answer following question:

    1. The defective lines are along pixel row (1920 pixel long) , not a long column (1080 Pixel long)

    2. Is it single pixel line or multiple pixels line

    3. Are there only dark or bright line  or both? Are line flickering? and location is same?
