Dear,
Recently we had contact about powering the NIR module.
I had problems with the NIR scan going into some error mode (see related question).
After some testing, it seemed to work well.
Unfortunately, right now the module is not working anymore.
Is their some service from TI where I can send the module at to do some analysis?
Maybe its possible to trace down what the problem is and/or what went wrong.
This might help me in understanding the real cause of the problem.
