I'm facing issues with uploading images onto the DLP 6500 chipset. I used the pattern on the fly mode and was able to run a series of images without trouble. But recently, when I tried the same set of images, The screen shows nothing. Do you know why this issue might arise? The only difference is that I changed the PC which I use. The change is from a windows 7 platform to a windows 10. the software version remains the same.

I am a bit confused. Your last message says that you could run it using Windows 10, but your original message says that it is not working in Windows 10. Could you clarify?
The GUI and FW versions are on the GUI screen. This screenshot shows the GUI version in a red box and the Firmware version in a magenta box:
Mine shows xx.xx.xx since I do not have a kit attached at the moment.
If you are using GUI v 2.x then I strongly recommend going to GUI 4.0.1 and Firmware 5.0.1. Both are available on ti.com. You can start on the DLPLCR6500EVM page. Go down to the "Software" section.

This is my window screen. I made a mistake on the first question. I changed from win10 to win7 and it didn't work. then i switched back to win10 as an emergency method. I downloaded the most recent version of the software and the firmware version is the same.
