I put together a schematic:
1) computer with DLPC2607GUI.exe program
2) USB-I2CIO "DeVaSYS"
3) DLPDLCR2000EVMDLPDLCR2000EVM

I need help.
How to display (micromirror matrix)?
A) white point
B) black point
C) white line
D) black line

What commands should be sent from the DLPC2607GUI.exe control program?

Zhukov,

In order to send patterns of this nature to the DLPC2607, you will need to swap the system to external video source mode and provide a valid DPI input. You can use a BeagleBone Black or similar host processor to do this.

Hello!
I have a BeagleBone -WiFi.
I am applying monochrome light to a mirror matrix. I don't need the RGB mode, which is generated by switching according to the color of the LEDs. Instead of color mode, I need to do monochrome mode.
Tell me how to permanently set one pixel in the on position, the rest of the pixels in the off position?

Zhukov,

Unfortunately, there isn't a method to individually enable/disable micromirrors using only commands on the DLPC2607. Because of this, you will need to use the method above with a DPI bus.

It may be possible to disable two of the three RGB LEDs via I2C and simply use one LED for a monochrome setup. However, you will still need to provide DPI frames into the video buffer for your purposes.

There are internal test patterns available on the DLPC2607 but they are too limited for the kinds of setups you are looking for.

I need to keep the micromirrors in one position at all times.

When using the signal from the BeagleBone, the DLPC2607 microprocessor continues to operate in RGB color mode.

Can you provide me with the program (firmware) for the DLPC2607 so that I can change it to for static mode?

Or indicate how to connect and control the DLP2000 micromirror matrix, for example, from another third-party MSP430 microcontroller without DLPC2607?

Unfortunately, such a feature/firmware does not exist for this chipset (the DLPC2607).

Monochrome configurations with internal 1-D pattern streaming (and external 2D pattern streaming) are supported by our light control chipsets such as the DLPC3470. You may want to check to see if our Light Control portfolio is a better fit for your application:

Unfortunately, there is no student discount I am aware of for the DLP2010-LC EVM (or any of the other DLP EVMs on TI.com).

As for DLPC3470 platforms without optics, TI does not have anything like that to offer. We only have the DLP2010-LC EVM. If you want a solution without optics you would need to consult a third party design house:
