I would like to ask about the Motor Control in the project file.
I have three PCBAs which are assembled DLPC3440 and DLPA100.
Two of them can spin a color wheel but one can't. Of course the PCBAs are in the same condition. There are no differences in terms of HW elements.
I've confirmed U current waveforms when both spinning successfully and failed as below.
The failed waveform seems to show the current is a bit higher than the successful one.
I suppose that the successful PCBA just spun by a narrow margin.
I would like to tune the parameters to cover all PCBAs.
The issue seems to occur at the open loop process.
Is there any parameter to adjust the open loop current?
If you could tell me something else you noticed it would be appreciated.
