CCS/DLPDLCR2010EVM: Projector no longer streams HDMI after the MSP430 is programmed with the sample code

Part Number: DLPDLCR2010EVM

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Hello,

I'm working with a DLPDLCR2010EVM, and I want to understand and modify the firmware on the MSP430. I've downloaded the MSP430 HDMI sample code (DLP2010-MSP430-SW) from the product page, and programmed it with an MSP-FET flash emulation tool. After loading this sample code, the projector still turns on and shows the splash image, but it no longer streams HDMI. My laptop can't detect the projector anymore. This module was working fine before I programmed it.

It seems like the code that enables the HDMI receiver chip (ITE6801) is missing from the sample code. What changes do I have to make to the sample code to get the projector to stream HDMI? Is there a copy of the original code that came with the EVM?
