I purchased DLP6500 last year. Everything works fine before December 21, 2018. But suddenly the board can not connect to the computer by USB cable on that day. In addition to this feature, the board works fine. No error message is reported on the board or software interface.I ruled out the possibility of problems with the USB cable, driver or software. I suspect that the problem lies in the USB hardware circuit.

How should I overhaul it?

Hi,

When you connect EVM to PC over USB. Does device manager recognise device connected?
If no, then please check this U12 SN74AHC1G125DBVR on controller board.
TP16 should be 3.3V after USB is connected to PC. U12.1 should be low.
If this is not the case then U12 has gone bad.

I tested the U12,both U12.1 and TP16 are low. U12 is really bad.
To be on the safe side, before I replace U12, I would like to ask how to check U13.

U13 is a transient noise suppressor. I am not sure how you can induce noise. This is unlikely to go bad.
