DLP5530-Q1: Looking for the right EVM for high current

I'm looking for a Evaluation Module for DLP5530-Q1. I would like it to handle 25 Amp current for each LED.

I found DLP5531-Q1EVM, not sure if it's suitable for DLP5530. Also this EVM can only handle 6Amp for each LED. I would need 25Amp. 

Can you please recommend one EVM? Thanks.

    We have a DLP5530-Q1 electronics EVM, similar to the 5531 version, but it is not yet on TI.com. This is for an RGB 3 LED system but in general can be used for (almost) any 3 LEDs. This can support forward voltage up to 8 V and maximum current of 6A per LED channel.

    25A of current is very high. I understand some high power LEDs require this, but the LED driver would need to be modified, but probably completely redesigned for high current. The existing DLP5530-Q1 EVM has a video formatter board and an LED driver board, so if a new LED driver is design, it can like be designed to work with the DLP5530-Q1 display system.

    Another consideration is that while some larger LEDs require more current to provide maximum brightness, there is a limited amount of light available to couple to the DLP5530-Q1 DMD, limited by the etendue of the DMD. Some larger LEDs will be very inefficient with this system, and may not increase brightness much vs. the 6A LEDs.

    If you have more information on the LED specifications (size, current, voltage, wavelength, etc.) I can make some recommendations for potential changes and/or redesigns for the LED driver architecture.

    I have two LEDs that one has emitting surface of 2.7x1.6mm and the other is 3.3x1.54mm. Current can drive up to 20A for the first one and 25A for the latter one. Voltage is between 2 - 5V. Wavelengths are R, G and B (dominant wavelengths peaked at 613, 555, 451nm).

    Do you have any recommendations?

    Our current automotive qualified chipset EVMs only support up to 6A LED drive operation. Because the LED drive circuit is mostly external on the DLP5530-Q1 EVM, using components and layouts rated for higher current applications should be able to work with the chipset.

    There are some other EVMs that do not use the automotive chipset but might work for LED testing purposes. The DLPDLCR4710EVM-G2 EVM can currently drive up to 16A of LED current.
