Hello Gholam,
On your picture from left to right the pins are EX_I2CPWR (3.3V), GND, EXT_SCL, and EXT_SDA.
Here is a picture of the schematic:
Note that your numbering convention is reversed from the actual numbering convention. On the right pin of your image there should be a little number 1.

But it does not work !
In addition when i send data to dlp , ACK LED & REQ LED is off.
please help me..
