In the description it is mentioned there is chipset. Does this inlcude DMD as well?

Hi Gopi,
Welcome to DLP forum and thank you for your interest.
The DLPLCR4500EVM comes with an optical engine and the DLP4500 DMD is mounted in the optical engine. Please refer to figure 1.1 on page 9 of the EVM guide for the block diagram and components in the EVM.
