Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DLPC3479, DLP3010EVM-LC
Hello,
We just ordered a DLP4710EVM-LC to try out, and we anticipate ordering more if it works as expected.
I've been looking through the documentation but can't find an answer to the following question (sorry if I missed something). Let's assume I put it in external streaming mode, give it a 60 Hz 1080p signal through the HDMI input, and want to get a monochrome 1-bit 1440 Hz output.
What is the temporal sequence in which the input color planes are projected? Like for instance the red least significant bit (1), red second least significant bit (2), red third least significant bit (4), etc.? Or some other sequence?
Also, Kyle said in an earlier discussion that only one LED can be turned on for any particular frame. I assumed that meant that it could always be the same LED on every (1440 Hz) frame. Is that correct? Or do you have to cycle through the red, green, and blue LEDs?
Thank you,
Mark
