DLP3010EVM-LC: Write Flash Start Command

Hi,

Let me talk about DLP3010EVM-LC.

The following commands are executed when write a 1 or 8 bit image to flash with TI's tool.
The first 64 bytes look like header data, followed by image data.

EX)
Write Flash Start：
E1 　　　　　　　　[command]
50 41 54 4E 48 00 ... [64byte]
00 00 34 00 00 00 ... [data]

What is this 64byte ?
I see section 3.7.6 of DLPC3470 and DLPC3478 Software Programmer's Guide.

But I can not find this description.

Can you explain when these commands are executed? What action in the GUI led to these commands being executed?

Hi Hiroyasu,

Thanks for the clarification.

As you mentioned the first few bytes consists of the pattern block header and the pattern set header.

We are developing sample code which will allow users to generate their own pattern data without using the DLPDLC-GUI. This sample code will explain the structure of the pattern data block and how to generate it. This will be released on ti.com in a few weeks. Request you to please wait for this release.
