Hallo

 

2 der von Ihnen gelieferten LIghtCrafter DLPDLCR3010EVM-G2 funktionieren nicht. 

Bei einem lässt sich die Projektionseinheit nicht einschalten.

Bei dem anderen kommt nur blaues Licht raus.

 

Da beide schon beim ersten einschalten in diesem Zustand waren, kann ich leider keine genaueren Angeben dazu liefern.

    Hi Wolfgang,

    Thank you very much for your post and your interest in DLP products.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues getting your EVMs to function properly, even straight out of the box. 

    If you purchased these EVMs recently, I believe they may still be under warranty. Can you please reach out to the entity that you purchased these EVMs from, whether it be a distributor or the TI store, and let them know the EVMs aren't working? They may be able to provide a replacement if your EVM is still within the warranty.
