I am sorry that the EVM is damaged.  Could you please share more details about the failure/problem? We will do our best to help  you  fix the problem through this online forum.

TI does not have a repair/service facility for EVMs.

We need a spare part. It is the unit directly behind the lens was damaged - the part is labeled LH902BK. Do you know where the spare part can be bought?

Could you please post the picture of the part? That may help.

The optical engine is sourced from a third-party and we don't have a the BOM list for the optical engine components.

Here is a photo of the EVM with an indication of which part we need as a spare part. Can someone tell me which article number has that and where we can buy the article? The sticker on the part carries the number LH902BK 18450037

You write that you are purchasing the item from a third party. Where do we have to contact to get the spare part?

This optical engine is manufactured by Young Optics.

In this page, you find information about Young Optics and contact email. Please reach out to them. 

They also mentioned that this part can not be replaced /repaired by customer because it requires alignment and adjustment. Their suggestion is to replace complete optical engine.
