DLPLCRC410EVM: Unexpected power loss after reflection.

Part Number: DLPLCRC410EVM

We are only acheiving a 13% efficiency of reflection of incident light onto the DMD's surface. We have used 610, 780 and 834nm light, all aceheiving simmilar results. Yes i know that two of those are out of the reccomended boundries, however according to the data sheet we should be expecting 90% reflectivity for the 834nm light, thus not accounting for the only 13% efficiency. As far as we are aware, for all sources used we are using the DMD at the correct angles etc. Would you be able to advise on the expected reflectance efficiency and maybe help us understand why we would only be acheiving 13% efficiency for all light sources (although 834nm is our current in use).

Thank you
