Part Number: DLPNIRSCANEVM
We have recently purchased a DLPNIRSCANEVM.
I will use it for on field measurement on plant juice
But my problem isthe following one :
the calibration always works, but sometimes i see this error message (please look at the picture), and when i see this message i unplug & replug the usb, to do other calibrations and so on, but the message still appears
If i try few days later the (as today), the scan works perfectly
how am i supposed to solve this problem?
why does it happen ?
In such conditions it is totaly impossible for me to do my measurements

In reply to Martin Rollet:
I will investigate to identify condition under which such error are reported.
Meanwhile, could you please also try on Windows and let me know if this problem continues?
Were you able to evaluate the software on any other operating system platforms?
In reply to Philippe Dollo:
not yet sorry, but i will only use my macbook pro (described above) for my on field measurements, so i need that your device works with this computer
It will be very helpful if you could test this EVM on the windows machine. It will help us isolate the issue and identify root cause faster.
Please do share your findings after you have tested on windows machine.
Do you still help with this issue.
The firmware reports this problem when it not able to read back from files system stored in eMMC.
I order to debug this issue , you need to the EVM J1 connector via a UART FTDI cable. Via that you can access the linux command prompt and then further investigate into what may be going on.
Please let us know how you want to proceed.
I will try that kind of cable,
i will let you informed when i 'll test it
Thank you. Please let me know your findings.
