We have recently purchased a DLPNIRSCANEVM.
I will use it for on field measurement on plant juice
But my problem isthe following one :
the calibration always works, but sometimes i see this error message (please look at the picture), and when i see this message i unplug & replug the usb, to do other calibrations and so on, but the message still appears
If i try few days later the (as today), the scan works perfectly
how am i supposed to solve this problem?
why does it happen ?
In such conditions it is totaly impossible for me to do my measurements
