Hello Jackie,
The Flex cable connecting DMD in optical engine to the board is not a standard and TI does not sell the flex cable.
Typically, the optical engine supplier provides the flex cable along with engine.

Hi Vivek,
Thanks for your quick reply.
Is there a manufacturer I can contact in order to make sure I am using the correct connectors?
Thank you,
Jackie
Hi Jackie,
I may have misinterpreted your question. if you looking for the connector used then the part number is PANASONIC AXT540124DD1.

Vivek
Vivek,
I actually was looking for the other end... is there a contact at Asia Optical through TI? It looks like they have no contact information online and there is no way for us to get these schematics that are critical for operation of the projector.
Jackie
Jackie,
Are you looking for flex-cable schematics? If yes, then I will check internally and get back to you in couple of days.

Vivek
Vivek,
Thank you for asking around; if you can please ask if they have a contact at Asia Optical... I have a feeling that you guys won't have the schematic but may have a vendor contact.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi Jackie,
TI has designed a flex cable for DLP2010. I have uploaded the schematic and design files. It is designed for DMD pin Option 1. This design is not same as one used in EVM but close.
Hopefully ,you can use it and make necessary changes.
