DLPC6421: booting error message-memory test cc= -15

Part Number: DLPC6421

DLPC6421 connected to DMD DLP470TP.

When booting, debugging message shown below.

Could anyone give hint of the possible problem? Is my DMD LVDS bus has problem?

sysmon: Low-power mode change cc = 1

sysmon: Memory test cc = -15        ( <=== this line seems indicating the error)

systemmode: There are 4 defined SDED

datapathf: Transition to SUSPENDED (( <=== this line seems indicating the error also)

    Could you please clarify where you are seeing this error message? Is the unit connected to your computer? Please also confirm what version you are using.

    Are you facing this problem since the beginning? The controller has internal DRAM memory and during the power-up controller performs the memory BIST and it is reporting BIST test failed. You have following options - replace the controllers on the board or debug your board for this i recommend power-supply to the controllers is within the specification, especially look at 1.8V supply inputs to master and slave.
