DLP4500NIR: Diffraction Efficiency plot

Part Number: DLP4500NIR

Hello Community/Support

I am using a laser at 1.37 um to illuminate the DLP4500NIR. I am trying to calculate the diffraction efficiency but I only have the "DMD optical efficiency for visible wavelengths" application report DLPA083A–June 2018–Revised May 2019. At the moment I am assuming that at 1.37um for 7.6um pitch that I expect around 40-42.5% (half of the optical efficiency at 685nm on p. 12).

Is there a plot for infrared wavelengths 1310-1550nm, particularly between 1350-1450nm?

Cheers,

Vincent
