DLP2010EVM-LC: "DLP2010EVM-LC" out of focus

I was purchased 2set of same EVM - DLP2010EVM-LC.
One is normal but the other EVM identifies the optical engine as out of focus.
As a result, I applied for RMA.

Sorry you have had trouble with the EVM. I will see if we have had this issue before and if there is a solution that can be implemented.

Hi Eugene,

Have you tried adjusting the focus knob (you will find it at the right side of the optical engine, just behind the lens)?

After check with my customer, yes they tried to control the knob but couldn't set a focus.

Eugene,

I got to know that you have applied for the return of 2 DLP2010EVM-LC, but in the description of the ticket you have mentioned that only 1 EVM is out of focus while the other one is working fine.

Kindly request the RMA service only for the defective EVM.
