Does TI have DLP chip with 3840*2160 resolution and 20000 lumens? Could you please provide roadmap about DLP?

You will notice that these devices can display 3840x2160 but if you look under the column "Micromirror array size" you will see that the array itself is not 3840x2160. These devices use XPR technology. Here is a good explanation of that techology:
