I'm trying to make point cloud with DLP4500 through the High-Resolution 3D Scanner for Factory Automation Using DLP® Technology user guide.
The problem is that I keep failing to find the projector calibration board as below figure.
I don't know how to pass this stage.

I see two issues here -
1. Can you adjust the camera aperture? it looked too white and washed out
2. Also in the captured image checkerboard is not continuous, it has spaces

Thank you for your kind and fast reply.
1. I already tried with various amount of camera aperture. It does not seem to be a problem
2. That image is a sample image automatically generated after 3rd or 2nd stage of your program.
The below figure shows the chessboard I used. Do I have to reprint it in more dark color?
From your advice, I think the problem is related to the camera setting and clearness of the target, not technical missing.
Am I understand it clearly?

I followed your instructions, still have trouble, though.
I printed new chessboard with dark color. Also tried with different aperture and position of the camera.
Sorry for bothering you again, but i need your help. Could you give me another tip to solve this problem.
Detail example about camera position or something.
