DLPC3433: about the dlpc3433 firmware

We built the board with DLPC3433, DLPA2000 and DLP3010.

I am using the firmware form here : http://software-dl.ti.com/dlp/pico-fw-selector/.

Then , I find the display mode is in "Test Pattern generator" with a checkerboard when booting up.

And, I want to set dark screen as initial splash screen with "External video port" mode.

Can you provide a firmware image or software tool?

Are you looking to set the default bootup behavior for the system?

If so, what are you looking for? A solid black field or external video input?

The DLP LightCrafter GUI tool has a feature that lets you swap the splash screen on boot to a different setup. Furthermore, the MSP430 code on the LightCrafter EVM can be configured to perform various I2C actions on system boot or when detecting an external source. Have you tried these methods yet?

Hi Philippe,

I have tried,but it doesn't work.

And i want to change batch file,but the board is designed by ourself,so,i need you to provide a firmware image or software tool.

Hello user,

Unfortunately, the flash image update tool only works with firmware built specifically for the EVM. Other variants may not work with the GUI's flash update tool. I apologize for the inconvenience.
