Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DLPC3479
Hi,
I'm searching for a firmware to run our DLP4710EVM-LC without the green LED. Is there any firmware that supports this?
Thanks,
Lennart

Hi Lennart,
Welcome to TI E2E forums.
You can disable the green LED with the help of Write RGB LED Enable command. Kindly look into DLPC3479 Software Programmer's Guide for the same.
By default, the firmware is configured such that all the LEDs are enabled.

Mayank
Hi Lennart,
As Mayank mentioned you can disable the green LED with the command but in this case you should have physically green led connected to the hardware. At boot up software check for the led connections if any led is not connected then it will halt the boot up initialization.
If you do not wish to connect the physically green led to system then we can provide you the custom firmware to support that functionality too. Please let us know if you need this custom firmware with Green LED disconnected.
