I would like to experiment with using a fiber optic input on my DLPNIRNANOEVM.
There is a reference design available for a fiber input module- it includes a CNC machined chassis and lists MILLTECH as the supplier. Another user on this forum has purchased the part from MILLTECH and apparently did not have a new part made, but was able to purchase a unit from a previous TEXAS INSTRUMENTS production order overrun (see https://e2e.ti.com/support/dlp/f/94/t/876333). I wish to do the same (purchase one unit from the overrun) and MILLTECH has asked me for a letter of permission from Texas Instruments. TI support staff has suggested I open a thread here, and so I hope that support staff here can grant me this permission...
