I have a problem with returning two defective units. I had a very long discussion with some of your engineers, including Vivek Thakur, about the defects last November. After my performing many, many tests, the return was authorized. I asked a colleague to take care of the return, but there was a mix-up and he didn't understand what to do. By the time I realized what had happened, we were in Covid-19 lockdown, and nothing could be done. I sent the two units back as soon as I could get into my workplace, but the supplier (Mouser) now says that it's too late.
Is there anything that can be done?
