I am back again. Sorry to keep on asking so many questions on this forum. Many of the issues I have been seeing have been resolved, and I am now able to see a splash screen from my projector, and the HOST_IRQ line now goes LOW as it should! Yay!
The problem I am having now, is that though the splash screen is showing, the I2C address WAS working, but is no longer working. It is not showing up, even though the splash screen is being projected and the HST_IRQ is LOW.
Here is what I was seeing:
