lightcrafter 4500 GUI firmware version & firmware tag missing

I sent a wrong file to lightcrafter 4500 during the firmware uploading and it seemed to cause the firmware to crash.

I have tried to connect J18 with a jumper but the firmware still could not be repaired. On the GUI, the firmware version & firmware tag still missing and display XX XX XX.

And the lightsource didn't work, too.

I also tried to upload the new firmware to lightcrafter 4500, but it seemed to not be fully functional.

It stayed in the process like the following picture and lightcrafter 4500 didn't reset like before after uploading firmware.

Hi User,

When you uploaded the wrong FW, did you check the "Skip Bootloader Update" option on the GUI? If not, I'm afraid that the bootloader also may be corrupted, in which case the only way to revive the system is to use a JTAG programmer to program the correct bootloader onto the system again.
