DLPNIRNANOEVM: LVDS Cable extension

Hi team,

Good day.

Our customer is using the DLPNIRNANOEVM and would like to control the DMD using an extended cable. Since the DMD board is connected to the DLPC150 using an LVDS port, do you have any recommendations on what cable can be used? Is there a cable suitable for connecting the ports 30PS-JMCS-G-1B-TF(N)(LF)(SN) and 30RF-JMCS-G-1B-TF(N)(LF)(SN)?

Hello Carlo,

The flex cable between the DLPC150 and DMD board are custom cable designed for high speed. You need to design a new custom cable to match the need.

Please note that TI recommends that maximum length of the flex cable to be less than 6 inch (152 mm). Please refer to page 44 of DLPC150 datasheet for details.
