DLPA100: Not use output channel connect +12v and vreg,Why is it

For yellow part,why is it connected so instead of  No connect

  • The 5V and 3.3V Buck regulator outputs are unused.  The V5 and V3P3 pins are feedback pins with a 0.8V reference. Connecting them to 1.2V effectively disables the buck regulator by setting the feedback higher than the reference.  The LX pins are the switching outputs and need to be connected to bias the buck circuitry properly.
