DLPNIRNANOEVM: Error in software versions

I am using the DLP NIRScan Nano EVM and i installed the software as instructed in the user manual but when i run the software i get the three errors mentioned above.

Do these errors degrade the performance of the device? How do i get rid of them?

Welcome to the E2E forums and thanks for your interest in our DLP technology.

There is an updated NIRscan Nano GUI available on the same webpage where you downloaded the 1.1.9 GUI (it is 2.1.0). You should probably try downloading that one to ensure compatibility with the software you are using.

I installed the 2.1.0 version. the problem still persists.

I got this recently, maybe a month back.

I updated the firmware to DLPR150PROM_2.2.0

Patterns can be downloaded to the EVM through the DLP Spectrum Library.

Mohsinali,

There may be an incompatibility issue or software issue related to your installation that is preventing your current setup from working. See the attached thread for a tutorial on how to set everything up step by step:

It is possible that, if you have multiple installations of the GUI on your system, this may cause issues. Per the tutorial above you should uninstall everything and start from scratch.

If possible, you may want to also test the software on a different operating system or machine than what you are currently using.

I followed the instructions on a different computer that didn't have any software or libraries installed beforehand. I still get the following errors.

Did you try downgrading the Tiva SW version? It doesn't look like they are all the same in this case.
