How does the three RGB LEDs generate the colors of million pixels of a single frame

Hi Team,

I'm aware that  switching the DMD mirrors using PWM it's possible to generate a gray scale values of a single color. But could you please eloborate on how the in case of an full HD, all the colors of million pixels of a single frame are generated at the same time. Any links that explains this concept would be of great help.

Are the mirrors switched sequentially one at a time at a very high frequency?

Thanks,

Arun
