Hi Team 

Good day!

Our customer want to confirm the details about datasheet 6.9 System Mounting Interface Loads 

Condition 1: Maximum load evenly distributed within each area(1)

Condition 2: Maximum load evenly distributed within each area(1)

What is the meaning of Condition 1 and Condition 2.

    I means what is the difference between condition 1 and 2 , the pressure spec is different means the condition 1 and 2 may have some differences , But the data sheet does not provide the details.

    Hi Leon.liu - 

    This mounting interface spec is meant to handle different design conditions.

    Some customers design their system where the mounting load is on both the thermal interface area and the electrical interface area (condition 1).

    Other customers design their system where the mounting load is only on the electrical interface area (condition 2), and there is no pressure on the thermal interface area (which is the reason for max spec of 0 Newtons).
