When we look into the DLP LCR4500 Flash Programming Guide for detailed step by step info on using the JTAG Tools. After we re-programming the firmware and connect the LightCrafter 4500 to a PC loaded with the LightCrafter 4500 GUI via USB and reconnect the power cable to the LightCrafter 4500, the DLP LightCrafter 4500 GUI still shows the wrong for firmware(see the figure). We don't know why? Thank you.

    Thank you for using the E2E forum!

    When you say that the firmware was reprogrammed, can you confirm this firmware selected and uploaded to the EVM through the "Image / Firmware" tab? Was confirmation given that the upload was successful?

    The image you have uploaded to the thread does not appear. Are you able to reupload (possibly in a different format)?
