Hello Mohamad,

The GUI is reporting temperature sensor error.  Please refer to the page 27 of the user guide for temperature sensor error :

"Temperature Sensor indicator lights up when the system reports an error communicating with the TMP006 device. Clicking on the temperature error light displays a dialog window with more information on the specific TMP006 error"

Could you please follow above step and share findings?

Meanwhile please upload  CVS file for couple of sample scan. It will provide further visibility inside.

Hello Mohamad,

Thank you for the uploading the CSV files.  I noticed following:

1. It is reporting Detector temperature "0".  This does confirm that there is an issue with temperature sensor.

2. There is 10-15% difference in signal intensity between Scan 1.1 and rest. Was sample presented in consistent method for all these scans?

Sample presentation was consistent then lamp is taking little long time to warm up.

When was this EVM purchased?

Yes, we use same pear sample and it was consistent. I purchased it last month. I purchased and used this device at least for four different organizations. Never had an issue and for my own I am facing issue!.
