DLP2000: Information needed

Hello Team,

My customer would like to know thre are information about properties of DLP2000, such as Array-Diffraction-Efficiency, Micromirror Cross-Over-Time, Micromirror-Switching-Time, Micrromirror-Array-optical-Efficiency and Mirror metal reflectivity?

    Here are some typical values for DMDs similar to the DLP2000:

    Micromirror crossover time = 2.5 µs  (nominal)

    Micromirror switching time  = 10 µs   (minimum)

    The typical optical efficiency for DMD with 7.6 µm pixel  is summarized in this table:

    Diffraction efficiency 84 %
    Coverglass efficiency 96 %
    Fill factor 94 %
    Mirror reflectivity 89 %
    Total DMD efficiency 66 %
