As long as the device above has suitable timings, you should be able to use any configuration from 1 to 4 lanes. Can you please share the timings you intend to use with your device?

HI:

Our device used QC MSM8953. The DSI mipi support up to 1.5Gbps per lane high-speed mode bandwidth.

But in DLPC3433 spec, mipi dsi only support up to 470Mbps lane speed.so I want to confirm whether 2-lane mipi can support the 720P screen?

Apologies, I didn't understand the question before.

I don't believe you will have the necessary bandwidth for the speed/resolution you want with a 2-lane configuration. You will likely need to use 4-lanes.
