DLPC350: Radiated emission - 1176MHz peak

Part Number: DLPC350

Hi team,

Yesterday I went for measurements of radiated emissions and identified high peak @1176MHz.

I also did deep in house investigation and it seems that DLPC350 is the guilty one. Going with spectrum analyser and NF probe I identified that it is likely ball M21 to blame, this pin is marked in datasheet as reserved with no further description. When I put a scope on it it seems that there is some forgotten test clock around 168MHz (snaphsot attached). 1176MHz seen on the receiver would be then 7th harmonics so that would make perfect sense.
If I use Lightcrafter gui and select “power standby”, the radiated disturbance goes away.

Can you please check:

-Is this clock output intentional? It is never a good idea to have a clock signal going nowhere… Dev kit does not show any termination.

-Can this be fixed with FW upgrade if  the output was for some testing purposes and then forgotten?

-Otherwise, any recommended termination that does not affect the “secret” function of this pin?

Cheers
