DLPDLCR3310EVM: The EVM turned off after a few minutes of operation

Part Number: DLPDLCR3310EVM

Hi Team,

A customer bought a DLPDLCR3310EVM last November 18th, 2020. After a few minutes of operation it turned off and never turned on again. Can you please help us diagnose the possible cause of the failure?

    Danilo,

    Some questions from me on this issue:

    > What was the customer doing when the failure occurred? 

    > Has the customer reprogrammed the FPGA or the controller Flash devices? If so, what firmware did they use in either case?

    > What LED activity is occurring when the customer turns the system on?

    > What power supply is the customer using?

    > Is the customer operating the system with the DLP GUI or a custom software interface?
