DLPC4422: DLPC4422 can't connect PC with USB cable,USB_ENZ(GPIO_38)is keeping high

Hello,everyone

I plan to design a projection witch dlpc4422+dlp650ne+three color LEDs.dlpc4422_sch.pdf
So far,I have finished a dlpc4422 board and a dlp650ne board design.
The insert file is my dlpc4422 schematic ,Please help to review it.
I download Flash_DDPC4422_DLP650NE_LED.img from ti.com.
Burning the flash chip off-line then soldering to dlpc4422 board.

1.if hold bootloader,dlpc4422 can connect PC with usb cable and USB_ENZ(GPIO_38)is low.Device manager can display USB Composite Device.
DLP COMPOSER can write register but can't read register.I can burn flash on-line.
2.if not bootloader,DLPC4422 can't connect PC with USB cable,USB_ENZ(GPIO_38)is keeping high.

In debugging process,there are not other conenct such as no fans /no temperature sensor...only DLPC4422 board + dlp650ne board.
The DMD chip can display DLP logo and display input source.I think dlpc4422 is running with flash image.
GRN_EN/RED_EN/GRN_EN signals are square waves.RED_PWM signal is PWM.BLU_PWM/GRN_PWM have not waveform,is it normal?
Can the Flash_DDPC4422_DLP650NE_LED.img control which DLPC4422 pins normally?
Why DLPC4422 can't connect pc usb？Need fans feedback pin to connect?
