Hello,

My name is André Donadel and I have a problem with a DLPNIRNanoEVM device.

I bought three devices on January 27th (performance invoice 5456685933), however, one of these devices is not working. It is not connecting with either a USB cable or a battery. No LED lights up.

I would like to request a replacement of the device.

Could you tell me how to proceed?

This link doesn't appear to yield any records.

If you are seeing issues with one of your three purchased EVMs I do recommend you receive a replacement unit. You can probably provide a link to this E2E thread to customer support.

Paula,

I believe that customer support is looking for approval from me on getting a new EVM. I mentioned above that I agree you should receive a replacement EVM, so I think you just need to forward this thread to customer support to proceed.
