DLPLCR4500EVM: ERROR: PG_FLYCAP_C_SET_FORMAT_7_FAILED

I am using the Chamelon Camera instead of the Flea3 camera, and when I run the "DLP_LightCrafter_4500_3D_Scan_Application.exe" I get the following error:

Connecting to projector...
Configuring projector...
Connecting to camera...
Configuring camera...
Camera setup FAILED!
ERRORS: 2 and WARNINGS: 0
ERROR: PG_FLYCAP_C_SET_FORMAT_7_FAILED
ERROR: CAMERA_NOT_SETUP

there is a photo shows how I connect my camera to DLP4500

Please tell me which aspect this mistake may be related to,thank you very much!

There is Format-7 mode is special mode in Point Grey cameras, refer to this document https://www.ptgrey.com/support/downloads/10287/

I think the camera setting we are doing in code the is not working for you specific camera. The camera setup happens in the pg_flycap2_c.cpp file attaching is the code snap-shot -

I recommend you to debug the code further and find what exact setting you are making in the format7_settings_new variable above, if it works really.,
