EVMK2H: SoC Power Failure

Part Number: EVMK2H

Hello,

I'm starting using the EVM first time and get this error while power up. The EVM Revision is: 4.0, BMC version is: 1.0.2.6.

I'm trying to use bmc_tool.py for updating UCD as described in Bmc_tool_ucd_update_guide_v2.pdf.

First, I don't get anything after pressing Version button on the tool windows (only three line feeds),

Next, I getting error message while updating UCD using any text file:

========

message in the console: Sending command: i2c 1.34 D2 04 01 04 10 40

error dialog box message: "An error has occured with the BMC, please power cycle the device and try againg"

========

Line 239 in bmc_tool.py is:

if 'I2CWrite' in line and len(line) < 256:

========

My problem is simual to:

http://e2e.ti.com/support/dsp/c6000_multi-core_dsps/f/639/p/605268/2227407

instead of my case have correct ports enumeration.

Thanks,

Artyom.
