Need suggestion on correct USB Audio codec chip

Hi,

I am looking for a TI chip that could do the following:

1. Receiver USB audio data from USb memory stick

2. Decode it to either SPDIF or I2S and give it out.  In Parallel it should give out analog audio as well.

3. I should be able to access the USB audio files for having features like "Play Next song", "Shuffle", "Play prev song" etc. I might use an external MCU for this. If internal MCU is there, it would be helpful.

I was reading a thread in audio forum which was titled "USB to Audio - single chip solution". There is was recommended to use TMS320DA8xx devices.

Could you please suggest me much simpler chip for the above application ?

Regards,

Karthik
