X-loader hangs

Hi Kushal,

Could you please provide more details about your setup. Are working on EVM/custom board? from where you picked x-loader, mention the TI release.
At the end of x-loader, the code looks for  CFG_LOADADDR which is nothing but u-boot start address, if not find hangs.

                       hang();

   ((init_fnc_t *)CFG_LOADADDR)();

In case of mmc boot, X-loader get this address by reading u-boot.bin file. My suggestion is to try prebuit images.

Thanks for reply...after electrical connection i changed boot order according to MMC (11000   sys.boot[5]=0 ) and tried to boot with SD card but after that  same mesage came ..I am using custom board. can you Please suggest me how to format SD card so that i can recopy same files again.

There is a script  "mkmmc-android.sh" under TI_Android_GingerBread_2_3_4_DevKit_2_1/Prebuilt_Images/AM35X/
Run the script on you linux host, which will prepare your SD card for andoid boot.

Thanks for links. i already formatted Sd card and recopied MLO and U-BOOt files in Sd card now message came in tera term like this-:

Check your boot pins, configure for SD card boot. ECC failed error is related to NAND.

To boot from MMC/SD, S7-1 and S7-4 should be set in the ON position.

I am not sure from where you picked this config, but can you try once with this config
sys_boot [4:0] 10010 -- MMC1  USB  UART3. same is use for AM3517 EVM
