Why is my subscription notification not sending notifications to me?
There could be a number of reasons for this. Please check the following items to see if your problem can be resolved:
4. Confirm that you have connectivity to TI by executing the /store/subscribe/test API on the Inventory subscription push API page ( https://api-portal.ti.com/inventory-subscription-push-api ). If connectivity is successful, the results will be "status: accepted";
If none of the above steps resolve the problem, please submit an E2E thread (https://e2e.ti.com/p/addpost?pn=TI-API) and provide the error message information.
