Where to find the API key request process for API v1 and v2

Hello TI-Team,

I was looking for the correct right way to request API keys for our customers or how they have to request API keys for our software tool.

We are looking for API versions v1 and v2. Any guidance or tutorial will help us.

Hi Nils,

To request access to the v2 TI store API suite, customers will need to create a myTI company account on TI.com and then request the API keys from the myTI dashboard for that company. The steps are outlined here: https://www.ti.com/ordering-resources/api-buying.html#get-started

Since the release of the v2 store APIs, we can no longer accept new v1 access requests.

thanks that helps me a lot ! Do you think it will be possible in the future that we can request API keys for our customers? From time to time some customers have trouble in doing this by them self.

TI store customers need to manage their own company accounts and API keys. Can you explain the kind of trouble that some of your customers are experiencing?
